年會籌劃負責人第六屆秘書長 張智輝醫師的心得：

Rapid Fire
延續去年由斯逸秘書長精心設計的 Rapid Fire，今年同樣邀請多位內視鏡高手分享精彩案例與特殊手術技巧。面對面近距離的深入交流，必能讓大家在手術技術上受益匪淺。

Free Paper Session
除了來自日本、韓國及香港專家的研究分享外，更集結了台灣各大醫院醫師的最新研究成果，為會員們帶來臨床研究的新方向與靈感。

Cervical Spine Session
本場次由劉耿彰前理事長與陳南福理事分別分享 cervical myelopathy 前、後路 approach 的手術精華，絕對不容錯過；另有 Dr. Suthipas Pongmanee 以內視鏡輔助 odontoid fracture fixation 的寶貴經驗，內容相當值得學習。

Uniportal Session
ASD 一直是手術上的難題，游敬孝理事將說明如何以單通道手術有效解決；陳文鈐理事則帶來單通道手術的經典 transforaminal approach，精彩可期。

UBE Session
楊昌蓁部長將介紹 UBE 在 foraminal stenosis 的減壓技巧，而 Dr. Son 的胸椎 UBE decompression 亦是亮點之一，兩場內容都極具深度。

Fusion Session
陳加憲、曾準與簡愷廷理事將從切口設計、cage 置入，到運用導航提升精準度，全方位解析內視鏡融合手術的完整流程。

MISS Session
TSESS 的宗旨即是推廣脊椎「微創」及「內視鏡」治療，因此今年特別新增 MISS Session。由張建鈞副院長分享 OLIF 手術經驗、許哲嘉理事示範 retractor 或 MED 技術，而我也將分享如何讓 MISS TLIF 更臻完善。

Learning Curve Session
年輕醫師要如何有效上手脊椎內視鏡？本場次邀請姚智康、廖仁傑、李宜軒與葉士豪醫師，從文獻與臨床經驗出發，手把手帶你掌握真正的學習曲線。

Advanced Endoscopic Techniques Session
想掌握脊椎內視鏡最新發展？此場次絕對必看！盧郁仁教授創新的頸椎內視鏡技術、Dr. Ko 的內視鏡 SCS 植入，以及 Dr. Keorochana 與 Dr. Quang 的精彩分享，將為你開啟內視鏡手術的新視野。

Pain Intervention – TSESS 的特色
TSESS 結合疼痛醫學，今年邀請陳斯逸理事、陳建華理事及黃聖涵醫師，從手術、營養到注射介入，全面解析疼痛管理策略，協助你更完善地照護病人。

第六屆 KJTT Camp
今年 KJTT Camp 首度納入泰國，由陳國泰理事策劃，集結台、韓、日、泰四國菁英，題題精彩，絕無冷場。

Keynote Speech
台、日、韓三國重量級講師——陳建民前理事長、鮑卓倫前理事長、Prof. Koichi Sairyo、Prof. Dong Hua Heo、Prof. Cheol Woong Park 與 Prof. Hyeun Sung Kim——將帶我們回顧脊椎內視鏡的發展與演進。最後的彩蛋「one more thing」，Prof. Kim 將發布重大消息，絕對值得大家親臨現場，共同見證歷史性的一刻！
 

理事長的話｜謝榮豪理事長

非常高興能夠擔任2025年台灣脊椎微創內視鏡醫學會的理事長，這不但是份榮耀，更是驅使著我不斷向前努力的一份責任感與恩典特權。
 
今年會務工作的兩大主軸，就是專業的手術教育以及增進國際學術交流。在扎根脊椎微創手術的教育推廣方面，我們繼續維繫口碑良好的線上CME課程、夏季花蓮慈濟大體模擬手術的精神堡壘象徵、協辦台灣脊椎週的核心師資支援、首次和友會TSMISS集中力量合辦春季會及秋季會，更得力於全體理監事幹部們的通力合作，我們完成了仿真模型脊椎內視鏡手術工作坊的環台之旅（Taiwan tour)，將專業手術教育的種子深耕在台灣的每個角落。讓年輕新手醫師們能更有效率及更有信心掌握此一關鍵技術。我們更跨越至離島澎湖，將我們的專業能量及愛心服務的情懷，舉辦離島公益模擬手術工作坊，無償提供所有設備與師資，希望讓離島醫師們也能夠學會此項可以造福病人的微創手術技術，這也標記了TSESS在蓬勃發展茁壯之後，願意主動回饋社會的里程碑。也展現了本會的核心價值：醫學會，就是讓醫師都學會。
 
    在國際交流方面，我們的會員多次在全球的國際會議上面發表演說與論文，或者擔任大體模擬手術的指導教師，和國際醫師學者交流醫療專業和分享友誼。我們並首次受邀參加東南亞國協盛大的脊椎微創會議並主持負責一整個論壇，會中並和泰國專業醫學會（ThaisMISST)簽訂合作交流備忘錄（M O U）為醫療外交與學術交流開啟了新頁！
 
     今年最重要的工作之一，就是開始集思廣益群策群力的去陸續完成微創脊椎內視鏡手術能力訓練審定辦法，提供諸多的標準化手術課程與醫療品質要求。讓有心學習進修的新手醫師們都能尋著正規精實的步伐向前邁進。這不但是醫師對於自己努力學習的一份肯定榮耀，更是對諸多求診病患手術安全的多一層保障！我們希望達成手術安全化、規範化，有效化的訓練宗旨，發揮專業醫學會的積極功能和社會責任。
 
     最後，我要感謝所有的理監事、秘書處及教育委員的工作夥伴們，在這一年裡大家共同奉獻心力的享受醫學會帶來的工作挑戰與樂趣！因為我對這份工作的熱愛與珍惜，讓我站上舞台後是不一定需要掌聲的，所以要感謝自己的執著與毅力可以推進著醫學會昂首向前邁步！能夠為大家服務是一份恩典，我很享受這份榮耀的工作，能為所有會員醫師及病患帶來的助益與快樂！

A Message from the President

It is a profound honor and a true privilege to serve as the President of the Taiwan Society for Endoscopic Spine Surgery (TSESS) in 2025. This role is not merely a title; it is a driving force fueled by a deep sense of responsibility and commitment to continuous progress.
 
I. Deepening Professional Surgical Education
Our work this year was centered around two major pillars: advancing specialized surgical education and enhancing international academic exchange.
 
In our commitment to rooting endoscopic spine surgery education in Taiwan, we maintained our highly-regarded online CME courses and the esteemed cadaveric simulation workshop at Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital. We also contributed core faculty expertise to the co-organized Taiwan Spine Week and, for the first time, joined forces with our fraternal society, TSMISS, to consolidate our Spring and Autumn meetings.
 
Crucially, through the collaborative efforts of our entire board and executive team, we successfully completed the "Taiwan Tour" of our realistic model-based endoscopic spine surgery workshops. This initiative was designed to sow the seeds of professional surgical education into every corner of Taiwan, enabling young novice surgeons to master this critical technology more efficiently and confidently.
 
Furthermore, we extended our reach beyond the main island to Penghu, where we hosted a charitable simulation workshop. By providing all equipment and expert instruction free of charge, we shared our professional energy and spirit of service with island practitioners, aiming to help them acquire this patient-benefiting minimally invasive technique. This marks a significant milestone—TSESS’s proactive dedication to giving back to society following a period of robust growth, embodying our core value: The Medical Society is here to empower every doctor to learn.
 
II. Expanding Global Collaboration and Reach
Regarding international exchange, our members have frequently delivered keynote speeches, presented papers, and served as cadaveric lab instructors at major global conferences, fostering professional exchange and friendship with international scholars.
 
A particularly proud achievement was being invited for the first time to participate in the grand ASEAN Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery meeting, where we were entrusted with organizing and chairing an entire forum. During this event, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for collaborative exchange with the Thai Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (ThaisMISST), which officially opens a new chapter in medical diplomacy and academic partnership.
 
III. Commitment to Surgical Safety and Standardization
One of the most vital tasks this year was launching a collective effort to finalize the Accreditation and Training Standards for Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Spine Surgery Competency. This framework will establish standardized surgical curricula and demanding medical quality requirements. It provides a formal, rigorous path for aspiring surgeons, offering them not only the honor of certified professional recognition but, more importantly, providing an added layer of assurance for the surgical safety of their patients. We aim to fulfill the Society's active function and social responsibility by achieving the training goals of safe, standardized, and effective surgery.
 
Conclusion
Finally, I wish to extend my deepest gratitude to all the Board Members, Supervisors, Secretariat, and Education Committee partners. Thank you for your collective dedication and for embracing the challenges and joys that come with serving the Society this past year. It is my profound love and appreciation for this work that drives me forward, without necessarily needing applause. I am grateful for the dedication and perseverance that allows the Society to move forward with confidence.
 
It is a blessing to serve you all, and I sincerely enjoy this honored work, bringing benefits and happiness to all our member physicians and, ultimately, to their patients.
